- Equipment hire and logistical support
- Corporate, private and thematic event production
All services are tailored to each client and subject to individual proposals and agreements.
3. Acceptance of Terms

4. Service Agreements
All services provided by Gold & Blue are subject to:
- A written proposal and/or quotation
- Client approval (email or signed agreement)
- Payment of a deposit (where applicable)

- Prices are provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope and complexity of the event
- A deposit may be required to secure the booking
- The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed timeline
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services
All prices are subject to applicable taxes under Portuguese law.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Due to the bespoke nature of our services:
- Deposits are generally non-refundable
- Cancellation terms will be defined in each individual agreement
- Any changes requested by the client may affect timelines and pricing
Gold & Blue reserves the right to adjust proposals accordingly.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Approve concepts and proposals in a timely manner
- Comply with payment terms
- Ensure access to venues and necessary permissions
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery and outcomes.
8. Third-Party Suppliers
Gold & Blue may coordinate third-party suppliers (e.g., catering, entertainment, venues).
While we carefully select partners, we are not liable for:
- Failures or delays caused by third parties
- Services provided directly under third-party contracts
9. Liability
Gold & Blue shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Events beyond our control (force majeure), including weather conditions, supplier failure, or regulatory restrictions
- Damages resulting from client-provided materials or instructions
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.
10. Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, and materials created by Gold & Blue remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce or use them without prior consent.
